FAQ Intensive Daycare

1. Oil for oily skin? Can I tolerate it?

“If - and - also with Skincare + results...

We often hear this objection from customers at the beginning. Two months later, they thank themselves for trying it. It sounds totally weird at first, but it makes sense.

Look: Your skin produces protective sebum to keep itself velvety, smooth, and moisturized. If you have very oily skin, it produces especially high levels. This makes you shine like the sun, makes you feel like you haven't showered in two days, and promotes breakouts because your sebaceous glands constantly become clogged.

The common advice is: "Give your already oily skin something light, like a fluid or serum." However, this can dry out the skin and stimulate sebum production even more. The skin often doesn't really perceive these light textures as "help" and sticks to its routine.

But if you use oil, it's like a big stop sign for your skin and it feels sufficiently moisturized from the outside and doesn't feel the need to add more moisture itself.

However, it's important to use the right oil, because many oils clog pores and cause a dense array of impurities. Our oils are not among them and are proven to be well tolerated – especially for your very sensitive and irritated skin.

    2. Doesn't a shiny, greasy film remain on the skin after use?

Argan oil belongs to the category of dry oils and, due to its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, is absorbed particularly quickly without leaving a greasy feeling or shine on the skin.

Additionally, if you apply the oil to slightly damp skin, it will absorb more quickly. You essentially support the oil's ability to spread across the surface, preventing over-application and protecting the skin from over-burdening.

It also feels incredibly soft to apply oils this way.

    3. Pretty expensive, right?

The question stands and falls here: “Expensive” compared to what?

"Some people want cosmetics that are good for their wallet. Others want cosmetics that are good for their skin. Bepure is for those who want both."

Your new skincare contains only high-quality ingredients (and a lot of them). For example, the Intensive Daycare 98% organic argan oil. Many people aren't aware of it, but creams from discount stores or drugstores are only so cheap because they contain fewer active ingredients and a lot more fillers. Water is at the forefront.

Some products contain up to 85% water! Since water eventually goes bad, it's often accompanied by alcohols, preservatives, and all sorts of chemicals (which then make up a large portion of the other 15%). The tiny remainder is the advertised active ingredient (a bit like the tiny crumbs of raspberry in "fruit muesli" that you'd love more of).

And not only is it a trick with water... it's also not good for your skin because it dries it out.

Many ingredients are also artificially treated to save costs, which further reduces their active ingredient content. Imagine if you cooked vegetables for hours: They might still taste good, but many of the vitamins are gone.

To achieve the desired effect, you need to apply a lot of the product and it might last for 2-3 weeks.

With Bepure, you may spend more initially… but you're investing in genuine, chemical-free active ingredients, and thus in priceless, irreplaceable skin health in the long run. What's more, the rich oils sometimes last for months. So, at the end of the day, you're saving money and nasty skin problems!
