Refund policy

The customer undertakes to check the goods upon receipt and to report any defects in writing immediately, at the latest within 10 working days. The customer bears the costs for any return. These will be credited to him after the goods have been returned.

In general, a right of return of 10 days applies. The customer pays the postage. Returns must be registered by email.


All products must be unopened and salable. Our packaging is extremely resistant, but should the product be damaged during transport, please send us an email within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment info@bepure.ch.
