Massage onto slightly damp skin after showering or bathing. 2-3 pumps are sufficient per arm. 4-5 pumps are sufficient for legs and lower body.

Bonus:Add a few drops to your bath as a bath additive and they will provide an additional aromatic fragrance experience.

*** Helpful information: Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts obtained through distillation or cold pressing. They contain the volatile compounds responsible for a plant's fragrance and biological properties. For example, lavender oil comes from lavender flowers, while citrus oils such as orange oil come from fruit peels. They typically contain a mixture of50 to over 200 individual chemical componentsand offer a unique variety of fragrances, as well as both positive and negative effects such as skin irritation. Because certain chemical components can potentially trigger allergic reactions, certain fragrances, known as allergens, must be declared on cosmetic products if they exceed certain concentrations. Regulation (EC No. 1223/2009) currently lists 26 allergens to provide information and protection for consumers.

Since this is my first time using skin care oils, I'm unsure how best to apply them to my skin?

Water helps prevent the "oily problem" on the skin. Applying oils or balms to damp skin allows them to be absorbed faster and spread more easily. This prevents over-application and protects the skin from being overburdened. It also feels pleasantly soft. Argan oil, a drying oil, absorbs particularly quickly thanks to its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, without leaving a greasy feeling or shine.
