Can all body oils be used safely during pregnancy, or do you have a recommendation?
During pregnancy, it's especially important to pay attention to the ingredients in body oils. Some essential oils can be problematic. Caution is advised with: peppermint oil, bay leaf, nutmeg, cloves, thyme, juniper, cedarwood, cinnamon, ginger, rosemary, fennel, sage, anise, camphor, and verbena.

Can I mix the body oils with body lotion?
Depending on your skin's needs or the season, a few drops of body oil in your body lotion will provide even more care, retain moisture and increase skin elasticity.
